Making changes to your order
The advertising here is selected and supplied to us by Google. We do not necessarily endorse or support the advertisers shown.
We do not hold any items in stock. When you place an order with us we obtain fresh stock specially to meet your order. Because of this, we cannot accept a cancellation for any part of your order once we have had an item in stock for more than four working days, as after this time we are unable to return items to our supplier.
You may add an item to your order at any time up to the point at which your parcel is packed ready for despatch. Adding an item may result in your order being held up whilst we source the additional item.
If you do decide to cancel an item, this may result in a cancellation fee:
- If the item is not already in stock nor in transit from our supplier, we can cancel without charge. We will be pleased to advise you of the current status of your order.
- If the item has been in stock for four working days or less, or is in transit from our supplier, we will have to charge a return fee of either 10% of the items value or £2.00, whichever is the greater. This is to cover the cost of returning the item to the supplier. Items held in stock for more than four working days cannot be cancelled, as we are unable to return them to our supplier.
- If the item has been in stock for four working days or less, but has been packed ready for despatch, we will have to charge the return fee as above, plus a packing charge of £4.00. Items held in stock for more than four working days cannot be cancelled, as we are unable to return them to our supplier.
We hope you will agree that this policy is fair to all those involved in the supply of your order, whilst still maintaining the flexibilty which we wish to provide for our customers.
