Delivery and Payment Information
Important
We keep nothing in stock, so your order will be held until the next weekly shipment from our wholesaler. Supply problems with some items may result in a further delay of one or two weeks or more, depending on the nature of the problem. Once everything for your order is in stock, it may then take up to a week for delivery.
We will advise you by email as soon as your order has been despatched or if there is likely to be any further delay.
For most items, you need to be a member before placing an order.
We are not currently issuing any new memberships. Sorry.
Postage & Packing
Postage & packing is included in our online prices. However, for all UK orders, an additional £5.95 'Order Handling Charge' will be made, but see below for details of how to get some or all of this back.
Payment Options.


Your Credit or Debit Card details are collected on our behalf by 'PayPal'. This means reduced costs for us and no worries for you as your card details are held securely held by PayPal - not us. Your details are never made known to us or anyone else. Your details will be processed by PayPal and the value of your order will be deducted by them from your card account straight away.
However, we would encourage you to consider paying through your bank's 'Home Banking' bill payment (BACS) service. If you pay this way, we will give you a 5% 'cashback' discount on your order up to a maximum of £5.95 (the cost of our 'order-handling charge') Full details are provided once you pass through the checkout and choose the 'Home Banking' link on the payment page.
You may also pay in full by cheque if you prefer.
