Delivery and Payment Information
For most items, you need to be a member before placing an order.
Important
We keep nothing in stock, so your order will be held until the next weekly shipment from our wholesaler. Supply problems with some items may result in a further delay of one or two weeks or more, depending on the nature of the problem. Once everything for your order is in stock, it may then take up to a week for delivery.
To help speed your order, we have introduced a priority service whereby your order, once in stock, will receive priority handling in the packing room and next day delivery by ParcelForce24. The additional charge for this service is £3.85 (ParcelForce Zone 1 only).
We will advise you by email as soon as your order has been despatched or if there is likely to be any further delay.

Prices exclude postage & packing.
Postage & packing for all areas of the UK will be charged at £7.95, except orders from our 'Bulk Organics' section, where this delivery charge only applies to ParcelForce Zone 1. Other areas will be charged extra, for which a quote will be provided.
Payment Options.


Credit or Debit Card details are collected on our behalf through Secure Payments Collection Systems provided by either PayPal or Nochex. This means reduced costs for us and no worries for you as your card details are held on what are among the securest systems available and your details are never made known to us or anyone else. Your details will be processed and the value of your order will be deducted from your account immediately.
You can also pay by cheque or 'Home Banking' if you wish. Full details are provided once you pass through the checkout.
