Low Prices, Free Gifts and Special Offers

The truth is, we don't make any claims to offer low prices, we don't tempt you with free gifts you really don't need, and we don't try to entice you with special offers. We simply apply the same pricing structure to all our products, except for a slight bias in favour of fairtrade products.

This means that some of our prices are very competitive, whilst others may be rather expensive. The point is, the price we offer is the price at which we can afford to trade that item. No gimmicks. Occassionally, a manufacturer or wholesaler will offer something extra, in which case we pass this on to the lucky customer.

However, we guarantee that the price at which you buy from us online is the price at which we will sell - despite any price increase in the meantime. And if we can't supply a significant proportion of your order we will not only refund for the items not supplied, but will also return part of the order-handling charge. I don't think we can say fairer than that.
