Nettle Fibre Bags
These beautiful hand-crafted bags are made in Nepal from wild-grown nettle fibres.
Very attractive yet rugged and useful, these bags were 'discovered' by Vicky Wood whilst visiting a family team of artisan spinners and weavers. As Vicky found, life on the foothills of the Himalayas is not easy, but now, by exporting these products direct to the UK, the income generated makes a real difference.
Vicky has also designed a range of women's clothing, which the same family business is now starting to produce using locally grown Tree Cotton.
