INGREDIENTS: Mung Beans*, Chickpeas*, Sunflower Seeds*, Puy, Brown and Green Lentils*, Aduki Beans*. Rinse and soak 8 hours. Sprout mix by rinsing daily morning and evening. In 2-3 days = salad! For spicy mix add 1 tsp Fenugreek seed when soaking (250g). Once sprouted, salad is best kept refridgerated.*
