Some Helpful Search Hints

When using our search facility you may find the following information useful:

There are different search pages for 'organic' and 'non-organic'. If you can't find an organic product you may be able to find a non-organic one instead.

We can supply neither liquids or lotions, nor chilled or frozen products.

You don't have to search for both 'Brand' and 'Product' - you can search for either on their own if you want.

You don't need whole words: searching for 'nut' will find, for example, both 'Nut Mix' and 'Nutmeg'. This may be a disadvantage - but if you are not sure of something, a part word can often find the right thing. e.g. searching for 'joan' will find all the 'Joannusmolen' brand products.

The search will only use the first three words/part-words that you type in each section.

Keep it simple: searching for 'Green & Black' won't work because of the '&', but searching for 'Green and Black' won't work either because they don't use 'and' in their name: search for just 'Green Black'.

Avoid using general terms like 'Flour' or 'Sugar' which already appear in the side navigation bar. These terms might not appear in the actual product name and would be missed by your search.

If you get no results, try leaving off any trailing 's', try a different spelling, or use fewer keywords...
